HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER AFTER ORDERING?

Once your order has been processed, packaged, and dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email or SMS.

At OffTheGridd, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

You may request a return within 7–14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

Certain items such as perishables, digital products, and personal care items cannot be returned.

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days, and credited back to your original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item or defective product).

3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
If you need an exchange, please contact our support team before sending the product back.
