1. Returns

• You may request a return within 7–14 days of receiving your order.
• To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
• Certain items such as perishables, digital products, and personal care items cannot be returned.

2. Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed within [5–10 business days], and credited back to your original payment method.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item or defective product).
